Identify opportunities for organic growth, innovation, and expanded scope Who You Are: 710+ years in digital account leadership, preferably at a creatively-driven agency. Experienced in managing complex, multi-channel digital campaigns. Deep knowledge of digital strategy, UX, creative, data, and emerging tech/AI. Strategic thinker with a natural ability to inspire clients and teams alike. Confident communicator and storyteller, able to translate insight into action. Passionate about culture, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of digital work. Highly capable in managing budgets, scopes, and multi-disciplinary teams.
