What You''ll Do Be the first point of contact for our guests, greeting everyone warmly and making them feel at home. Craft smoothies and prepare select food items efficiently and with care. Operate our POS system and process payments accurately. Answer questions about our menu, ingredients, and products with confidence and enthusiasm. Keep the front-of-house area clean, organized, and inviting at all times. Work closely with teammates to keep things running smoothly during busy periods. Be flexible and willing to pick up extra shifts or cover when needed to support the team. What We''re Looking For A naturally friendly, positive attitude this is a must. A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively. Someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced food service environment. Previous caf, juice bar, or food service experience is an asset, but not required we''re happy to train the right person. Comfort using POS systems and handling cash (or willingness to learn).
