Duties Provide a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling for clients of all ages Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles and products Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools in accordance with health regulations Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to offer innovative services Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive reviews Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist in a professional salon setting Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols in a salon environment Ability to upsell products naturally while focusing on client needs Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is preferred but not required; training will be provided for new team members Excellent communication skills to ensure clear understanding of client desires and salon policies Join our team where your creativity is valued, your skills are sharpened, and your career can flourish Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.85-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 14 40 per week Work Location: In person
