Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries or requests. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Engage in technology sales by promoting products and upselling additional items. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems. Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly. Utilize effective communication skills to convey information clearly. Manage time efficiently to ensure all guest needs are met in a timely manner. Demonstrate basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Uphold phone etiquette when responding to guest inquiries over the phone. Skills Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. Proficiency in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. Strong organizational skills to maintain orderliness within the workspace. Ability to perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
