Please apply via this Job link: organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of projects managed and report to the owners.Provide weekly updates as well as recommendations for improving services to ensure client satisfaction.Implement policies and procedures for staff and lead by example to ensure that team morale and efficiencies are met.Be on site and clean with the team when short staffed to ensure work is completed for the project.Travel between projects that you are managing to work with the team and help as needed while reporting to owners.Act as the liaison from the customer to the owners to ensure project terms are met or exceeded.Plan and control budget and inventory of the project.Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems; escalate as required to owners.Interview and recommend workers to be hired, as well as train and supervise staff.Other duties as required.Willing to travel to remote work locations.Qualifications and RequirementsSeveral years cleaning supervisor/manager experience is an asset or open pit mining cleaning experience is required.Punctual and attentive to detail.Not allergic to dust and not afraid to get dirty.Dependable.Willing to work overtime, evenings and weekends.Driver's license is required to bring team to job sites.Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving to deal with clients and update ownership.Strong computer and math skills.Valid First Aid Certificate is required or willing to obtain.BC Mines Supervisor Certification is an asset; must be willing to obtain (company will support obtaining this).After 3 months: Extended Medical and Dental benefits.Willing to travel to remote work locations.Please apply via this Job link: #J-18808-Ljbffr
