Responsibilities Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency Motivate all employees through coaching/development Back up Service Business Mgr Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment Perform final approvals on equipment Exceptional customer service & follow up Assist in quoting repairs & maintaining records Build effective team dynamics with all departments Encourage safe working habits Requirements Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics 5+ years doing complex repairs Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays Valid drivers license Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent Expert knowledge of ag equipment Effectively use computers/systems CONNECT with us today!
