What does a File Manager with Paul Davis do? Receive and open new claims Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner Receive and assist with staffing issues daily Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation Liaise and communicate with customers, clients, vendors Receive and handle invoices, correspondence Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies Why The Team Needs You?
