Position #: 9003103 Expected Start Date: February 09, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Senior Leadership Team Office - Chief Executive Officer Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: Up to 18 months FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 week Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Human Resources Exemption: No Job Description The Executive Coordinator (EC) is directly accountable to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) and provides executive support through a highly integrated oneonone working relationship. Acting as a trusted liaison, the EC facilitates effective communication, coordination, and alignment between the CEO, the Executive Team, internal teams, the Board, and external stakeholders. The role supports executive decisionmaking by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and ensuring information, processes, and workflows are accurate, organized, and delivered in a timely manner. This position plays a critical role in enabling the efficient and effective operation of the Corporate Office and provides exposure to strategic initiatives and organizational priorities, while exercising sound judgment, discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism. The EC also provides oversight of Board secretariat services, including research, bestpractice evidence, frameworks, tools, and recommendations to support the CEO in guiding the Board on roles, responsibilities, evaluation and processes. Education Undergraduate degree in administration, commerce or business Advanced training or demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications. Experience 3-5 years of progressive experience working in a research/policy analyst or senior administrative assistant role Demonstrated experience coordinating and leading teams Other Requirements Valid Class 5 drivers license required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Exceptional planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills. High level of detail. Advanced written and verbal communication, including editing and synthesizing complex materials; skilled in producing accurate, concise meeting minutes. Strong critical thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking; anticipates needs and offers practical solutions. Highly selfdirected with sound independent judgment, initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision. Adaptable to change, able to manage competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure. Advanced computer proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems. Collaborative, able to build respectful, influential relationships across all levels of the organization. Knowledge of organizational governance, structure, and relationships.
