Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role serves as the central coordinator for internal and external stakeholders and acts as a key liaison between the CHROs portfolio, the Executive Leadership Team, and the Office of the CEO. The role supports both strategic and day-to-day portfolio functions through timely, accurate execution, coordination, and communication. Responsibilities include delivering decision-ready research, analysis, and strategic insight; coordinating executive workflows; and supporting the CEO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team as required. Success requires strong strategic judgment, collaboration, organizational and project leadership skills, and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Human Resources Exemption: No Education: Advanced training or demonstrated proficiency in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications. Experience: Minimum three years of progressive experience working in a research/policy analyst or senior administrative assistant role. Experience in a supervisory or management role Other Requirements: Valid Class 5 drivers license required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Exceptional planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Advanced written and verbal communication, including editing and synthesizing complex materials; skilled in producing accurate, concise meeting minutes. Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making; anticipates needs and offers practical solutions. Highly self-directed with sound independent judgment, initiative, and ability to work with minimal supervision Adaptable to change, able to manage competing priorities, and perform effectively under pressure. Advanced computer proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and apply new systems. Collaborative, able to build respectful, influential relationships across all levels of the organization.
