If this sounds like a culture you would like to work in, you are invited to apply for this role.TRS Staffing Solutions has opportunities for a Project Administrator to work for one of Canada's top employers and a global leader in the Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management industry.Responsibilities:Reports to the Project Manager and supports the entire project team.Editing and issuing documents (e.g., engineering specifications, technical decision memos, data sheets, reports, etc.).Formatting and uploading documents to the in-house system.Organizing and managing client meetings, assisting in interpreting.Preparing minutes of meetings.Performing filing and data management tasks.Supporting staff with travel, accommodation, and other arrangements.Assisting with general expense duties.Routing regular and electronic mails and other information for smooth workflow.Handling requests for information and data from colleagues.Assisting with event planning and catering.Performing other clerical duties as required.Requirements:Degree in Business or Office Administration.At least 4 years of experience in a similar capacity.Team player.To apply for this position, please send your Word-formatted resume to thank all applicants for their interest.
