Intermediate & Senior Corporate ParalegalsWe Are Hiring - Intermediate & Senior Corporate ParalegalsOur client, a growing multi-service law firm based in Downtown Vancouver, is expanding its Corporate Services department and is seeking both Intermediate and Senior Corporate Paralegals to support a busy and sophisticated corporate practice.Positions: Intermediate & Senior Corporate ParalegalPractice Area: Corporate ServicesLocation: Downtown VancouverWork Model: In-OfficeWhat you will do:Support lawyers on corporate and tax-driven transactionsPrepare and file corporate documents for BC, federal, and societal entitiesAssist with incorporations, amalgamations, reorganizations, and ongoing maintenancePrepare closing documents, reporting letters, and corporate recordsConduct corporate searches and due diligence reviewsMaintain and review minute books and annual filingsLiaise with lawyers, clients, and internal teams on transactionsWhat we are looking for:Intermediate: 4+ years of corporate paralegal experienceSenior: 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience, with transaction leadership exposureStrong working knowledge of BC and federal corporate legislationExperience with MinuteBox and corporate filing systemsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentFor senior candidates: experience mentoring or supporting junior staff is an assetWhat's offered:Competitive compensation based on experience and levelOvertime pay where applicableExtended benefits and firm-sponsored programsFull-time, Monday-Friday role in a professional, collegial environmentIf you're a corporate paralegal at the intermediate or senior level and open to a new opportunity, I'd be pleased to connect for a confidential conversation.
