About this Position To support our Sub contractor with Equipment Management & Repairs To reduce United''s Equipment Management costs (Service/Repair/Resources) To assist Regional teams to manage the Equipment Services process relating directly to customer requirements Duties and Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: -Perform quality repairs that meet servicestandardsfor all Service Calls - Trainoperators/partners on managing their equipment and reducing their repair costs - Responsible for reducing the number of callbacks for individual service calls - Responsible for managing the inventory of parts required to service the Brampton workshop - Complete audit for the inventory of parts as required by United - Responsible for ensuring data integrity within Service Requests and within technology provided - Support equipment repair process as per United''s Vision, Values and Strategy Additional Responsibilities: Perform all daily functions in alignment with company mission, vision, and values Work in compliance with Health & Safety policies and legislation, and take every reasonable precaution to protect the health and safety of all employees and business partners Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and labour laws Protect company assets from damage and misuse Job Requirements and Expectations Be available to address customer or subcontractor needs and concerns Ability to deal with a high level of stress and promptly solve problems as they arise. Ability to work flexible shifts on a rotational basis. Skills Excellent technical skills Detail-oriented.
