Shelby Logistics is looking for a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support our growing fleet across Canada and the U.S. This role is key to keeping our drivers, equipment, and operations fully compliant. Key Duties Audit driver logbooks and ELD records for accuracy and violations. Apply for oversize, overweight, and special permits in Canada and the U.S. Maintain FMCSA, DOT, CVSA, and Canadian transportation compliance standards. Maintain truck and trailer files, CVIP records, and inspection schedules. Manage driver files, including hiring documents, onboarding, and renewals. Prepare and file IFTA reports, track fuel and mileage, and resolve any issues. Monitor safety scores, inspections, and violations, and follow up with drivers. Prepare for audits, insurance reviews, and internal compliance checks. Ensure company policies and safety standards are followed across operations. What We''re Looking For Experience in trucking safety, compliance, or fleet administration. Strong knowledge of FMCSA and Canadian transportation regulations. Experience with IFTA reporting and fuel tax filings is an asset. Comfortable with ELD systems and online compliance portals. Strong attention to detail with good communication skills.
