Open Positions Bubble Tea Specialist Cocktail Specialist Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve bubble tea and cocktail beverages to a high standard Follow established recipes while ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation Customize drinks based on customer preferences Brew teas, prepare tapioca and other toppings, and handle cocktail ingredients Maintain cleanliness and organization of the beverage and bar areas Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service Follow food safety, hygiene, and alcohol service regulations Assist with inventory management, stock rotation, and waste control Collaborate with the team on new drink ideas and menu development (a plus) Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in bubble tea, bartending, caf, or beverage service preferred Knowledge of tea brewing, flavour combinations, and/or cocktail techniques Bartending or cocktail experience is an advantage Responsible alcohol service certification (required or preferred, depending on location) Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $17.60 per hour Benefits: On-site parking Store discount Work Location: In person
