Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and professional Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. This role requires strong communication skills and a dedication to customer service, ensuring each client receives personalized care in a comfortable environment. Duties Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or other modalities. Assess clients'' physical conditions and discuss their health concerns to determine appropriate treatment plans. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations. Keep detailed records of treatments provided and client progress. Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend follow-up treatments or referrals if necessary. Ensure excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns professionally. Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements. Experience Knowledge of medical terminology is advantageous for understanding client health histories and treatment documentation. Strong customer service skills to build rapport with clients and ensure a positive experience. Excellent communication skills for effectively discussing treatment plans and addressing client needs.
