We are currently seeking a full-time, detail-oriented and empathetic Medical Office Administrator/Billing Assistant to join our supportive team for the hours of 6am-2pm Monday-Friday. This is an in-person position without a remote option. We are seeking a mature, committed individual interested in a long-term role. Why Work With Us: Be part of a compassionate team making a significant difference in people''s lives We are a small, cohesive team that supports each other and works closely together We will provide you with comprehensive training for the position Competitive salary commensurate with experience We are conveniently located in a medical building with amenities within walking distance Free parking, GO and bus station within walking distance Key Responsibilities: Instrumental in opening and preparing the clinic for daily operations Communicating with patients in a professional and sensitive manner Placing orders to maintain office supplies and drug inventory Dispensing medications to patients and completing sales transactions Maintaining accurate patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) system and filing Responding to patient inquiries with discretion and care Coordinating with nurses, physicians, lab staff and companies/clinics to support seamless patient care Maintaining confidentiality and support patients through emotionally sensitive situations Qualifications: Medical Office Administrator diploma Must have at least 1-2 years of medical in-office experience Punctual, committed, trustworthy, loyal, team player, respectful, conscientious, flexible and open to feedback Prior experience in a fertility or women''s health clinic is an asset Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Compassionate, patient-focused, with an ability to prioritize and capable of maintaining professionalism at all times Must have a reliable form of transportation How to Apply: Can you envision yourself making a lasting impact by helping dreams of a family come true?
