In HALO Medical Clinic, the care of the patient is our first priority. We are seeking a Patient Experience Lead to work alongside our healthcare teams to ensure a consistently positive, respectful, and patient-centred experience across all our locations. Primarily based in our Courtice location and with flexibility to attend our Port Hope and Ajax locations when needed, this role focuses on patient experience, patient flow, communication, and service quality, while supporting our physicians, Nurse and MOAs in delivering care efficiently and compassionately. While reporting to the clinic manager, key responsibilities include ensuring every patient has a positive experience, addressing patient concerns and feedback, supporting front office teams with complex or escalated issues, helping refine clinic processes, and fostering a culture of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality. This role enhances rather than replaces the MOA position through leadership, coordination, and continuous improvement.
