As the Manager/Senior Manager, People Events & Experiences, you will enhance our employee experience with engaging, Everyday Luxury events, programs, and experiences for our diverse employee population across Retail Stores, Concierge, Distribution Centres, and Support Offices. THE ROLE As the Manager/Senior Manager, People Events & Experience, you will: Develop a strategic and operationally effective approach to enable effective event/program identification, planning, development and execution throughout the calendar year Create and deliver Everyday Luxury events, experiences and programs that inspire and engage our people, driving employee engagement, connection, recognition and wellbeing while connecting to Aritzia's culture and brand Develop strong relationships with our Retail, Concierge, Distribution Centre and Support Office stakeholders to understand and support the nuanced needs of each workplace and employee groups Collaborate with key cross-functional partners such as People & Culture, Workplace Operations, and Food & Beverage to ensure all programs that service our People are designed to deliver the most elevated employee experience Ensure operational excellence and effective management of quality, timelines, vendors, financials, operational functions, reporting and communications for all events & experiences activations THE QUALIFICATIONS The Manager/Senior Manager, People Events & Experiences, has: Proven and best-inclass skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in elevated events management and employee experience programming across multiple workplaces A commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles The skills to collaborate strategically with crossfunctional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomes The ability to set clear objectives and priorities and in support of an effective department strategy A dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add value THE COMPENSATION The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
