Base pay range CA$50,000.00/yr - CA$65,000.00/yr Location Victoria, BC Overview The Managed Services team at WBM is currently supporting many of Western Canadas leading companies and our team growing. In this role you would be responsible for the day-to-day IT operations for this growing number of customers. This means that clients will call, email, or live chat with to resolve any number of issues that they are having. You would be responsible for answering that call, helping the user with anything required to get them back up and working productively. O365 experience. Basic Networking Knowledge. Certifications such as (A+, Network+, Security+) is an asset. MS-900 & AZ-900 is an asset. Must like fun, helps to be competitive.
