Optix is looking for a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to design, build, and own a modern, automated QA practice as we evolve from a rulesbased automation platform into a leading conversational, agentic workspace management system. Youll establish the processes, tooling, and automation frameworks that ensure our platform remains stable, scalable, and reliable, especially as AIpowered features become core to our product. Working closely with our product team, you will develop automated testing systems, build AIassisted QA workflows, and directly contribute to issue resolution when bugs arise. This is a rare opportunity to create a QA discipline from the ground up inside a profitable, proven SaaS company. You will shape how we test and validate software, particularly AI features, while collaborating with experienced AI leaders who will help you sharpen your testing, automation, and AI evaluation capabilities.
