As Fairmont Gold Captain you will bring our exceptional Fairmont Gold standards to life. This is a fulltime, permanent position, beginning Summer 2026. Starting rate of pay: $24.55 per hour. We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $28.10. Job Duties Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Lead service in the Fairmont Gold Lounge and ensure menu and food presentation is in keeping with Fairmont Gold standards. Develop and maintain strong guest relationships to ensure Fairmont Gold loyalty. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way. Provide exceptional information to our guests about local and area attractions. Qualifications Previous customerrelated supervisory experience preferred. Food Safe Certification is required.
