What We Offer Interfor offers a competitive salary based on experience, skills, and qualifications, with an expected range of $175,000 $200,000 (CAD) per year. Operations: Oversee daily mill activities, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards. Safety: Set the standard for safety performance and ensure compliance with all regulations. Strategy: Implement optimization programs to maximize margins and drive continuous improvement. Compliance: Ensure all operations meet company policies and regulatory requirements. Performance: Manage financial results, production scheduling, and inventory control. Stakeholder Relations: Foster strong relationships with employees, customers, and the local community. What You Offer Experience: 1015 years of multidepartment supervisory experience in wood products; proven success as a Mill Manager. Education: Postsecondary education in Wood Products, Business, Operations, or related field. Expertise: Deep knowledge of lumber manufacturing, equipment, and optimization. Leadership: Strong teambuilding, problemsolving, and communication skills; a track record of driving cultural and performance improvements. Skills: Analytical, detailoriented, adaptable, and proficient with Microsoft Office; mechanical/electrical aptitude is an asset.
