OpportunityThe RBC Dominion Securities Management team located in Kelowna is looking for an Assistant Branch Operations Manager. In this leadership role you will provide operational and administrative support to the Branch Management Team and Advisor teams, manage client account activities, ensure compliance standards are met, liaise with internal departments, provide software and process training, and manage branch facilities and equipment.ResponsibilitiesManage daily administrative operations of the branch, including approval of incoming and outgoing daily transactions, reviewing and acting on requests submitted by sales support staff, verifying documentation, and approving account openings.Assist with training new branch support staff and coordinate ongoing training initiatives for existing branch staff.Ensure compliance and internal control requirements are met.Handle branch technology access, setup, and troubleshooting.QualificationsMustHaveMeticulous attention to detail and excellent timemanagement skills.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.A professional approach to all situations to create a positive working environment.Ability to complete duties independently and seek out solutions.NicetoHaveCanadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE).Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities systems and procedures.Experience in the securities industry.BenefitsA comprehensive Total Rewards Program including bonuses and flexible benefits, competitive compensation, commissions, and stock where applicable.Leaders who support your development through coaching and management opportunities.Opportunity to make a difference and lasting impact.Work in a dynamic, collaborative, progressive, and highperforming team.A worldclass training program in financial services.Expected salary range: $55,000 $85,000 CAD, depending on experience, skills, registration status, market conditions, and business needs.
