Responsibilities Drive performance through strong team management to hit budget and improve KPIs. Build strong customer relationships by delivering great service. Oversee safe and legal transport and distribution of equipment. Ensure all health, safety, and company standards are met across the operation. Support the wider branch as part of the management team taking part in stock takes, reports, audits, etc. Ensure the hire fleet is in excellent condition, safe and ready for customers.
