Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project quality and timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and proficiency with construction management software to coordinate all aspects of construction activities effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules Providing hands-on carpentry and on-site labour support to maintain steady project momentum, as needed. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain productivity and safety standards Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client specifications Manage site safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide on-site activities Assist in budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement processes Ensure proper documentation of work progress, change orders, and safety incidents Lead problem-solving efforts to address unforeseen issues during construction Experience Proven supervising experience in residential construction projects is an assett Strong knowledge of residential construction and renovations Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating Experience with quality control procedures and safety regulations on job sites Ability to manage people effectively and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills for team leadership and stakeholder coordination Familiarity with construction management best practices and industry standards This position offers an opportunity to lead impactful projects within a dynamic team environment.
