We are looking for a pharmacist to work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week. Company Overview Joe''s Family Pharmacy is a 100% local and independent pharmacy located in Saanichton. Summary As a Pharmacist at Joe''s Family Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our patients. This position is based in Saanichton and is essential to our commitment to delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Dispense medications accurately and provide comprehensive medication counseling to patients. Monitor patient health and progress to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes. Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions. Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information in compliance with regulations. Participate in community health initiatives and promote wellness programs. Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution. Licensed pharmacist in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and acute care practices. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction. Experience in pediatrics is an asset but not required.
