Your Role: Be the Maestro: Direct all front of house operationsservice flow, reservations, seating, and ambianceensuring seamless, memorable experiences from welcome to farewell. Cultivate Community: Foster genuine connections with our guests. Train and mentor our service team in the art of hospitality, product knowledge, and attentive, unpretentious service. Drive Excellence: Uphold our high standards for service, cleanliness, and safety. Manage daily financials, inventory for front-of-house supplies, and contribute to promotional initiatives. Support & Lead: Be the vital link between our talented kitchen and the dining floor. Schedule, motivate, and develop a passionate team. You Are: A seasoned hospitality professional with 2+ years in a supervisory role . A natural leader who inspires through positivity, clarity, and accountability. A problem-solver with a cool head, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Deeply knowledgeable about craft beer, spirits, and wine, with a passion for food.
