Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated HSEQ Coordinator to oversee and promote health and safety standards within our organization. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, conducting inspections, and fostering a culture of safety across operations. Duties Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify environmental health risks and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies tailored to the organization''s needs. Provide training and educational programs to staff on environmental health practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Investigate incidents related to environmental hazards or safety violations, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions. Collaborate with management and external agencies to ensure ongoing compliance and address environmental concerns promptly. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, training sessions, and compliance records for audit purposes. Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging regulations, and technological advancements in environmental health. Conduct daily and monthly safety meetings. Compliance with reporting requirements for ISN. Tracking statistical data and complete all reporting requirements. Maintain company required health testing. Travel to sites will be required. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Proven experience in industrial blasting and coating preferred. Relevant certifications or qualifications in environmental health or occupational safety are preferred. (NCSO) Must be familiar with ISN and reporting requirements. Strong knowledge of Health & Safety requirements. Experience in conducting training sessions, workshops, or development programs related to health and safety. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate staff at all levels effectively. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills to identify hazards and implement effective solutions. Strong administrative and organization skills, with a strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing regulatory landscapes. This role is integral to maintaining a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace while supporting ongoing professional development within the organization.
