The Flooring Specialist will support customers in selecting and purchasing flooring materials such as carpet and hardwood. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with product inquiries, providing expert advice on flooring options, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves managing sales transactions and maintaining a clean and organized showroom. Qualifications Experience in installing, handling, and knowledge of flooring materials such as carpet and hardwood Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs Proven ability to achieve sales goals and maintain positive relationships with customers Detail-oriented with an eye for design and aesthetics Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry is advantageous Ability to work on-site in Niagara Falls, ON, and perform job duties as required
