Duties Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales pipeline through proactive outreach and networking Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B markets and retail sectors Conduct outside sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients Negotiate contracts and close deals with high-end clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction Support existing customers with upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions Manage sales documentation, reports, and CRM updates efficiently Assist in sales support activities such as preparing proposals, follow-ups, and post-sale service Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening Multilingual proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to closing Experience in high-end sales or dealership environments is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts effectively Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales support tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining team collaboration Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Basic math skills for pricing calculations and contract negotiations Join our team as a Sales Consultant if you are passionate about driving growth through strategic selling, building client relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
