Summary We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join the Outpost kitchen team. As a Line Cook, your primary focus will be preparing and presenting food to order using standardized recipes and portion sizes. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Assist in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations. Participate in menu planning and development as required. Requirements Proven experience as a cook in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Passion for cooking and creating quality meals for students.
