The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have a high attention to detail, and capable of managing multiple tasks with ease. Key Responsibilities: answer telephone, screen and direct calls take and relay messages provide information to callers greet persons entering organization direct persons to correct destination deal with queries from the public and customers ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness provide general administrative and clerical support. prepare correspondence and documents. receive and sort mail and deliveries schedule appointments and interviews maintain a daily call log organize conference and meeting room bookings co-ordinate meetings and organize appointments for management monitor and maintain office equipment control inventory relevant to reception area Clean and tidy reception and lobby area order office supplies any other related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time. What you Bring: A minimum of 2 years of previous reception experience. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work. Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
