Responsibilities Lead and manage bar staff, providing training and support to ensure excellent customer service. Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop creative drink menus and promote special events to enhance guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards. Monitor staff performance, conduct interviews, and participate in the hiring process. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Qualifications Proven experience in restaurant management or bartending within a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Experience in cash handling and financial reporting. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
