Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Brampton, ON. In this role, the Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional support to clients by addressing inquiries, managing policies, and resolving issues with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Responsibilities include handling customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records, while showcasing a commitment to professionalism and efficiency. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience through effective communication and empathy A passion for assisting clients and resolving inquiries efficiently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or training in customer service is an asset. Having an OTL license is an asset for this position as it will be a requirement upon employment
