Our team provides 24/7 call answering, intake support, and communication systems that help law firms increase revenue while never missing another client call. We are expanding our Law Firm Sales Division and are hiring experienced Canadian sales professionals for remote outbound sales. This role focuses exclusively on outreach to law firms across the U.S. & Canada. About the Role You will be calling law firms to introduce a highly compelling introductory offer: $29 for 30 days of unlimited call answering & intake (regular $400$1200/month) A very high-conversion entry offer designed for fast sales and long-term clients. Your responsibilities include: Outbound calling using our CRM Speaking with attorneys, partners & office managers Following a proven script Closing paid trials on the spot Setting appointments Managing follow-ups and pipeline Representing a trusted legal communications brand World-Class Online Training Program Provided We provide a complete online sales training system to ensure your success. Compensation Structure This is a contractor role with a monthly retainer + strong performance commissions: $1,000 CAD Monthly Contractor Retainer (Paid to cover your time, equipment, availability, and sales output) Commissions: $200 CAD per paid trial closed 3% monthly recurring commission for 12 months on each retained client $100 CAD bonus at a client''s 6-month anniversary Our legal clients have excellent retention, meaning you build a strong recurring income stream. Ideal Candidate We''re looking for Canadian applicants who: Speak excellent English (clear, confident, professional) Have outbound sales or call center experience Are comfortable calling and speaking with law firms Are disciplined, organized, and follow a sales system Are motivated by commissions and performance Have reliable internet + a quiet home office Can work during U.S. business hours Spanish is a bonus but not required. Schedule Monday to Friday 8am-5pm Flexible contractor hours 30 hrs min per week Must be available during U.S. time zones Earnings Expectations Actual earnings vary by performance: $38,000$50,000/year developing performer $70,000$100,000/year consistent closer $120,000$170,000+/year top performer with strong retention Residuals (12 months only) create a stable and predictable income foundation.
