Ensure production materials have the correct information and are properly secured and labeled prior to being returned to the other warehouses or supplier. Ensure continuous movement of production materials at the Kipling site as there should be no more than one day of production requirements at Kipling; on-hold materials are placed in designated areas in the warehouse; and inventory is updated daily. Collaborate with the other warehouses to ensure materials are at Kipling one day prior to production start. Lead Material Handlers assigned to the area and always have sufficient coverage so that production is not interrupted. Meet with the Operations Leader and planning team daily to review production requirements and any material issues with them. Participate and run a daily huddle with Material Handlers, reviewing performance of the team including Health & Safety, Food Safety, GMP, and Quality goals. Observe all Safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members. Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc. Compliance with the Company''s Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP. Other duties as assigned.
