Duties Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details Provide product or service information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints effectively Engage in upselling opportunities by recommending additional products or services that meet customer needs Utilize analysis skills to identify customer trends and suggest improvements for service delivery Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions Support multilingual customers by communicating fluently in English and Spanish when required Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service standards Experience Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred Strong data entry skills with attention to detail Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable Demonstrated sales experience, including upselling techniques Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a customer-focused environment, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and are eager to contribute to a company''s success through exceptional service delivery.
