About Us Gestion Zagora is a young and dynamic company specializing in property management. In operation for over 5 years, we currently own and manage multiple rental properties located primarily in Montreal , the South Shore of Montreal , Gatineau , and Quebec City . As we continue to grow, we are expanding our team to reach new heights. We are currently seeking a full-time Residential Maintenance Technician to join our property management team in Edmonton . You will play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our tenants and the upkeep of our properties. Key Responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance : Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend the life of equipment, such as HVAC systems and appliances. Repairs : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. Emergency Response : Respond quickly and effectively to urgent maintenance requests to minimize inconvenience to tenants. Record-Keeping : Maintain detailed logs of work performed, maintenance reports, and inventory of replacement parts. Safety & Compliance : Follow all safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe living environment for residents. Improvement Initiatives : Identify and implement maintenance improvements to optimize operations and enhance tenant satisfaction. Team Collaboration : Work closely with property managers, contractors, and other team members to coordinate tasks efficiently. What We''re Looking For: Technical Skills : Drywall installation, plastering, and painting required. Experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English . Professionalism : Reliable, organized, and responsible. Time Management : Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Autonomy : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. Team Player : Positive attitude and ability to work well with others. Calm Under Pressure : Able to respond effectively to urgent or high-pressure situations.
