Position Summary CIMCO is looking for a Service Coordinator for its Dartmouth, NS office. Role Responsibilities Coordinating service jobs between customers and mechanics with support from the Service Supervisor Dispatching mechanics and maintaining overall schedule Service contract administration and tracking Creating Service Orders and verification of internal controls process are met Answering/directing calls and visitors as required Coordination and communication with mechanics and management for reconciliation of payroll hours and expenses, ensuring they match what was submitted and verification of supporting documents Coordinating the sending/receiving of courier packages and larger deliveries Maintaining up to date information on vehicles, tools and inventory Supporting sales and service department with administrative duties Parts procurement from supplies Preparation of return material vouchers Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications Efficient & accurate data entry skills Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems is preferred Detail oriented Highly organized with strong attention to detail and timelines Ability to work both independently and within a team setting Flexibility to navigate changing business demands We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
