Responsibilities Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards. Support training and development of team members to enhance skills and performance. Contribute to menu planning, recipe development, and presentation standards. Uphold excellent customer service by ensuring timely food delivery and addressing guest needs when necessary. Skills Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or food service environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Extensive restaurant management experience is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
