We''re a rapidly growing e-commerce company selling fitness equipment across Canada and the USA and we are in need of a knowledgeable customer service maestro, who is either familiar with Bells of Steel products, or has a very good understanding of the types of equipment we sell. Experience with email ticketing software, as well as being comfortable on the phone is a must and lending a hand in the warehouse and getting your hands dirty here and there. This is a highly independent role, with little to no supervision, problem solving and self-starting are a must. What you will be doing: Answering phone calls from customers and resolving their issues Dealing with customer service tickets Troubleshooting logistics problems Creating sales quotes Handling order returns in our warehouse The schedule for this position is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm MST. The right candidate will be located in the Calgary area. While this is mostly a remote role, there are team meetings and occasional in-person workdays.
