Summer 2026 Work Term Term Length: 4 months Term Start: May 4, 2026 Term End: August 21, 2026 The pay range for the co-op student role will reflect factors such as the candidate''s experience, academic level, and the specific skillset required for the role. Loblaw has adopted the following hybrid working model (a combination of working between the office and remotely). Colleagues can work remotely up to 1 day a week, while spending the other 4 days in the office (to be determined by each business unit). The No Frills Promotions and In-Store Merchandising team is crucial to our business and is committed to making customers our number one priority. Position Overview: As a part of the No Frills Promotions and In-Store Merchandising team, you will be leveraging tools and data to identify opportunities, develop solutions and integrate them into our core business processes. The goal of this Co-Op will be to develop internal tools that automate manual processes which lead to driving efficiencies. A successful co-op colleague will be: Passionate about retail business and promotional strategy A motivated self-starter and a relentless problem solver Able to research technical concepts and solutions Excited to learn and teach new concepts and techniques Comfortable working on their own and within a team Excited about the opportunity to present to company executives Focused on improving processes for our stores and customers Able to manage multiple initiatives with firm deadlines Comfortable working in a professional environment interacting with all levels within the organization Qualifications Post-secondary education Business or Retail related programs Ability to contribute to promotional programs in line with No Frills strategies Intermediate computer skills required (Microsoft suite, specifically Excel) Ability to work in a highly organized manner where attention to detail and accuracy are critical Excelled interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively autonomously and contribute effectively as part of a team.
