This posting is for an existing position vacancy. What you''ll do: Greet residents, visitors, and the general public. Receive and redirect external calls, respond to resident inquiries, and provide assistance as required. Operate and maintain all office equipment. Handle general administrative duties such as typing documents, sorting mail, and photocopying. Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to emergency situations as appropriate. What you bring: Experience working in an office environment. Proficiency with MS Office. The ability to work independently without direct supervision and in a team environment.
