Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated, personable and multi-tasking Physiotherapy Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will work closely with physiotherapists to provide high-quality client care. The successful candidate should be able to work a morning shift a few days a week. Responsibilities - Assist physiotherapists with implementing treatment plans for patients; includes but is not limited to working with modalities(heat/ice/ultrasound/NMES), and assisting with exercises. Taking client calls and booking clients within Jane Software. Accepting payments from clients and or billing insurance providers. Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization. Support the overall patient experience by providing empathetic care and encouragement. Qualifications - Previous experience in relevant area preferred; kinesiology student/background, previous work in medical clinic, and or general knowledge of clinic setup. - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and support. - Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment Hours currently in need; some evening and daytime shifts.
