We are currently looking for one Health and Safety Supervisor to join our team. The Health and Safety Supervisor will play a key role in supporting day-to-day safety operations across our company and project sites. This is a hands-on, office and site-based position focused on maintaining safe work environments, assisting with field inspections, supporting incident reporting, and helping reinforce our overall safety culture. Key Responsibilities Maintain, update and manage the company Health and Safety Management System. Support day-to-day health & safety activities across active project sites. Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety observations. Assist with incident reporting, documentation, and follow-up actions. Support, schedule and document toolbox talks, orientations, and ongoing safety communications. Ensure compliance with company safety policies and applicable legislation. Participate in safety audits and assist in implementing corrective measures. Collaborate with site teams to promote a strong, proactive safety culture. Provide general safety support based on operational needs as the organization grows. Qualifications & Experience Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction, Environmental Health, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience). 13 years of experience in a safety-related role is an asset, but strong early-career candidates will also be considered. Working knowledge of Ontario safety regulations (OHSA) is an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills, good judgment, and the ability to learn quickly. Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with site teams. Proactive mindset with a genuine interest in long-term growth in the safety field.
