Job Summary Somerville is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing key client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through strategic account management and business development initiatives. Your expertise in account management will be instrumental in expanding client relationships, market presence and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Builds firm relationships with high-profile clients based on trust, integrity and professionalism. Provides the day-to-day back-end customer service support to ensure the effective execution of customer objectives. Be viewed by the customer as an expert on product and solution offerings. Provides guidance and support to the Account Management Team Manages the ''Sales Process'' including market attack plans, CRM opportunity management process, and account planning. Works collaboratively with Account Management and internal support teams to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. Prioritizes special or rush orders according to customer requests and requirements. Works with the Project Managers to ensure the prompt processing of rush orders. Qualifies and processes aftermarket care and warranty service requests. Supplies customers with quotations in collaboration with the Sales Director and Project Management team. Attends weekly meetings or as needed to provide status updates on customer orders and service requests to ensure all orders/requests are complete or on-track to be completed efficiently. Makes recommendations for continuous improvement based on customer feedback and trends. Lead efforts in business development initiatives to expand existing accounts and acquire new clients Qualifications: College Diploma or University Degree in Business or similar discipline. Experience in an Account or Project Management, sales or customer service role with demonstrated leadership abilities. Highly customer-focused and action oriented. Highly motivated individual with excellent analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and attention to detail while meeting deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated success in business development and expanding client portfolios Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly Leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental care Extended health care Life insurance On-site parking Paid time off Work Location: In person
