Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB, for an Early Childhood Educator. Level 2 or 3 required. The role involves planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lessons that stimulate children''s intellectual, social, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, work closely with children to promote their curiosity and creativity, and collaborate with other educators and families to support each child''s progress. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized learning environment and adhering to CEFA''s curriculum. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with children, families, and colleagues Proficiency in early childhood development principles and techniques, with a passion for working with children Creative thinking and the ability to plan and execute engaging, age-appropriate activities Organizational skills to maintain schedules, records, and a structured learning environment Completion of diploma or certificate in Early Childhood Education, or a related field Certification in first aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain Experience in an early childhood education or daycare setting is highly desirable Commitment to fostering inclusive and equitable education practices Willingness to work with infants and toddlers physical ability to lift up to 50lbs
