What You''ll Do: This co-op opportunity is perfect for students who want hands-on experience in customer service, operations, and member engagement within a fast-paced, people-first environment. You''ll work alongside experienced leaders, gain real-world skills, and contribute meaningfully to the day-to-day experience of our members. This includes: Delivering outstanding, 5-star customer service to members and guests Assisting the Member Experience team with managing and resolving member inquiries and concerns, escalating as needed Supporting retail operations, including caf and pro-shop transactions Completing sales transactions accurately and confidently Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the club Assisting with administrative tasks in a timely and detail-oriented manner Promoting club programs, products, and services Supporting member experience events and special initiatives within the club What You''ll Gain: Hands on experience and skill development Coaching and mentorship from industry professionals Opportunities to participate in training and development The chance to make industry connections and build your network. Plus much more Time commitment: 15 hours per week. Availability required: Mondays - Fridays. We are seeking a customer-focused individual who enjoys administrative work.
