About the Opportunity Winfield Victoria Holdings is a Windsor-based private holding company that owns and operates established, service-based businesses. We are seeking a senior leader for one of our portfolio companies a people-intensive operation with a strong local reputation, experienced ownership, and a solid operational foundation. The business is entering its next phase of growth, including the exploration of expansion into additional geographic markets. This role is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership position with real ownership, accountability, and the mandate to build scale. The Role The Head of Growth & Business Performance is the senior on-site leader responsible for overall business performance, including people leadership, operational execution, and growth initiatives. This role owns the day-to-day running of the business while partnering closely with ownership on strategy, priorities, and expansion opportunities. As the company grows into new markets, this role will play a key leadership role in launching, supporting, and overseeing those locations, including periodic travel as required. This is a role for someone who wants to build and lead, not simply maintain what already exists. What You''ll Be Responsible For Owning overall business performance and execution Leading and developing a team of approximately 30 employees Setting clear priorities, standards, and accountability across the organization Driving growth through client expansion, retention, and new opportunities Improving systems, structure, and operational efficiency Supporting geographic expansion initiatives, including: Evaluating new markets Assisting with the launch and stabilization of satellite operations Providing leadership presence in new locations as needed Making timely, well-reasoned decisions and moving the business forward with speed Acting as a visible, decisive, and trusted leader on site Protecting and strengthening company culture and service standards across all locations Who We''re Looking For This role is a strong fit if you: Have led and grown a service-based, people-intensive, or multi-location business Are comfortable owning outcomes, not just managing tasks Bring energy, presence, and clarity to leadership Are decisive and confident making difficult calls when needed Are open to periodic travel as part of supporting business expansion Thrive in fast-paced, accountability-driven environments Want meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to build something scalable Industry-specific experience is helpful but not required.
