This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, globally connected People Operations team where youll play a hands-on role supporting employees across the Americas while partnering with international stakeholders.As a People Operations Associate, youll be at the heart of the employee lifecycle ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless transitions, and responsive HR support, all while helping elevate the overall employee experience.What Youll DoManage end-to-end employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries in the Americas region, including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, benefits administration, and global mobilityExecute HR Shared Services tasks in alignment with established SOPs and SLAs, maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detailServe as a Level 2 HR support agent, responding to employee and manager inquiries through a ticketing system (ServiceNow)Promote self-service solutions and knowledge articles to empower employees and streamline HR operationsIdentify recurring questions and contribute to building and refining HR FAQs and knowledge basesPartner cross-functionally to deliver thoughtful, end-to-end HR solutions that enhance the employee experienceSupport additional HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as neededWhat You BringBachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldUp to 2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services (multi-country support preferred)Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday) and case management/ticketing tools such as ServiceNowStrong customer service mindset with excellent problem-solving skillsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environmentSelf-driven, adaptable, and quick to learn new systems and processesBilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin strongly preferred, to collaborate with global and China-based teamsWhy This RoleCompetitive hourly pay: $24$34/hrGain experience supporting global HR operations within a dynamic, international environmentOpportunity for contract renewal and potential conversion based on business needsWork on-site with a collaborative team in Vancouver, contributing to meaningful employee experiences every dayTCWGlobal is an equal opportunity employer.
